It's the perfect time of year for a pumpkin recipe! I'm curious to know what exactly a cheese pumpkin is, I've never heard of it. But that's not saying much, since I'm no pumpkin expert. But I suppose if I strike out with the cheese pumpkin I can always use a butternut squash and all will be well.
Since I get this Friday off work (it's staff appreciation day or something like that?) I'll have plenty of time to put this together. I'm so excited! Om nom nom.
